'Be' for Beyond Bea
Be for Beyond Bea is our annual fundraising event held for the duration of November and December where you can choose the event you'd like to hold and support us by fundraising.
We will provide a fundraising pack including a T-shirt for your event and you will receive a certificate and medal as an acknowledgment of your fundraising afterwards.
The fundraising is open to all ages and we'd love for you to help support us in continuing to provide accessible baby loss training and resources for families.

The Alternative Birth Bag Appeal
The concept of the alternative birth bag was an idea created by our founder Steph.
Its purpose - to provide a means of comfort for families during the time before they are admitted to hospital before delivery, especially so in the common 24-48 hour window they spend at home unsure of how they should be spending this time, what they should be packing and their expectations of the coming days. We want to launch this free written resource to ensure all families have access to it.
You can contribute to the appeal here.
If you are a business or charity who would like to help please get in contact with us here
We cannot express how much appreciate every amount of money that we receive as a donation. Every penny assists us in continuing to do the work we do in raising awareness of baby loss, educating students and health professionals as well as improving resources available.
Our preferred way to receive donations is online here.
If you prefer to pay via another method please do contact us.
We love seeing the multitude of ways that people have fundraised for us so far from running, tough mudder, bake sales and zumba marathons; whatever your event we'd love for you to host it in aid of Beyond Bea Charity.
We offer a fundraising pack for every event which includes a t-shirt or running vest for sporting events or an apron if it's a bake sale! These can be requested here.
If you'd like to host an event, please set up a fundraising page using our page here.
(We will automatically be notified of your page set-up and contact you to send out your fundraising pack)
We ask that you use our suggested link as all online fundraising platforms charge charities to keep money raised by you. By using our suggested page this cost is reduced as we have set up a contract which means we receive more of the money you have raised and this enables us to do more!
We understand that everyone has reasons for wanting to give their time to helping us.
We have numerous ways of volunteering for us.
Office based volunteering - Our office is located in Stockport, Manchester. We have a team of volunteers who support us in the day to day running of our office and the services we provide. This role requires a minimum of 1 day a month Monday to Friday and is ran on a self-roster. If you'd be interested in this role please email us here.
Health Care Professional Remote Volunteering - we run a parent speaker programme to support families who wish to be able to share their baby's story and enable change as a result of this. To support us with this and the families who volunteer their time we have a team of Registered Health Professionals that support families through their application and sharing their story as well as ensuring their wellbeing following the sessions they attend. This role requires at least 2 hours a week and can be done remotely from home and requires access to a laptop/ computer. If this is of interest to you please email Kylie here.
Student Ambassadors - the student ambassador programme enables students to actively drive change and improve awareness of baby loss as well as Beyond Bea Charity, for more information please visit this link here.
Parent Speaker Volunteers - we are really proud of the parent speaker programme we have established and this opportunity allows all bereaved families (regardless of circumstance, gestation or age) to be able to share their babys/babies story and their experience in front of students and health professionals enabling you to be able to change care as a result. To participate in the role please visit here. (A Facebook account is required).
